At Auxilium, we are more than a non-profit; we are a community dedicated to making mental health services accessible and impactful. Our name, rooted in the Latin word for "Helping Hands," reflects our mission to stand in the gap for those in need of support. For three years, we have been weaving a tapestry of mental wellness across the Upstate of South Carolina, offering compassionate care and innovative resources to empower individuals and strengthen communities.



We believe mental health is a journey, not a destination, and everyone deserves access to tools that nurture healing and resilience. Through our seasonal low- to no-cost community groups, we address relevant topics in a welcoming environment that encourages connection and growth.
